1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of claxxi.com (the “Site”), operated by CLAXXI (“CLAXXI,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the use of the Site only. The services we provide to our customers are governed by the service terms we agree on with each customer.

3. About the Site

CLAXXI is an agency that creates digital solutions for daycares, preschools, schools and businesses. The Site provides information about services such as:

  • Website design and development.
  • AI chat assistants.
  • Google review automation.
  • Website maintenance, support and managed hosting.
  • Report card systems for schools.
  • Google Workspace for Education management.

Prices, promotions and service descriptions on the Site are for information and may change. A proposal or offer only becomes binding when we confirm it in writing with you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
  • Try to access restricted areas, systems or data without permission.
  • Upload or send malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s security or operation.
  • Run security tests or scans on the Site without our written permission.
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools that affect the normal operation of the Site.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.
  • Use our forms or chat to send spam or content that is offensive or unrelated to our services.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, images, designs, logos, icons, videos and code created by CLAXXI, is owned by CLAXXI or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks and logos (such as Google or OpenAI) belong to their owners and are used only to describe our services.

6. Reviews and testimonials

The reviews shown on the Site are real Google reviews from our clients in Colombia, translated from Spanish. You can read the originals on our Google Business Profile. Results vary from one client to another.

7. Contact form

Our contact form lets you request information or a proposal. You agree to provide accurate information. Sending the form does not create a contract between you and CLAXXI. We handle the information you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI assistant

If the Site offers an AI chat assistant, its answers are generated automatically and are for general information only. They may contain errors and do not replace confirmation from our team. Do not rely on the assistant for decisions without confirming with us at info@claxxi.com. See our AI Assistant Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our demo, Google or social media). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR UP TO DATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAXXI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold CLAXXI harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
