AI Assistant Policy

What is the AI assistant?

It is an automated chat, powered by artificial intelligence, that answers questions about CLAXXI and our services for daycares, preschools and schools, using information we prepare ourselves: what the plan includes, pricing, timelines, support and how to get started.

You are chatting with an AI, not a person. The assistant does not replace our team and can make mistakes. To confirm any information, email us at info@claxxi.com.

Who is responsible for your information?

What information do we keep?

• The questions you type in the chat, including any information you choose to add (for example, your name, your role, the name of your center or your phone number).
• The assistant’s answers.
• The date and time, and the page of our Site you wrote from.
• A random code that groups the messages of the same conversation.

We do not store your IP address and you don’t need to create an account. While the tab is open, your browser keeps the conversation so you can continue it on other pages; it is deleted when you close the tab.

How do we use it?

1. To answer your questions.
2. To review the quality of the answers and improve the information and service we offer.
3. To follow up on requests you make in the chat; for example, to contact you if you leave your phone number and ask for a proposal or a call.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information about children and families

The assistant does not need any information about the children or families at your center. Please do not type names or information about children or families into the chat. If you do, we will only use it for the purposes above, and you can ask us to delete it.

Who else is involved?

We use service providers that process information on our behalf and following our instructions:

• OpenAI, which processes the text of each question to generate the answer. We have configured it not to store conversations as part of the service. Under its API terms, OpenAI does not use this data to train its models and keeps logs for up to 30 days only to detect abuse, unless the law requires it to keep them longer.
• Cloudflare, where the assistant runs and where the conversation log is stored.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

How long do we keep it?

90 days. After that, conversations are deleted automatically.

How do we protect it?

Only authorized CLAXXI staff can access the conversation log, with protected access. The assistant does not allow anyone to see other people’s conversations.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we have from your conversations, or to delete them, by emailing info@claxxi.com. Please include the approximate date of your conversation, if you remember it. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
