Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

1. Who we are

CLAXXI (“CLAXXI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a web design agency for daycares, preschools and schools. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through claxxi.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

Business name: CLAXXI Owner: José Olmos Location: Barranquilla, Colombia Email: info@claxxi.com

CLAXXI is based in Colombia and offers its services to customers in the United States and other countries.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to answer your requests and provide our services.

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, the name of your center, your phone number, your email address, how you prefer to be contacted (email or phone call) and the message you write.
  • Email and phone calls: the information you share when you write to us or talk with us, including during a proposal or while we provide our services.
  • AI assistant (chat): the questions you type and any information you choose to include in them. See section 6.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, some technical information is processed automatically:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Site, processes your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request, in order to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregated visit statistics (pages visited, type of device and browser, country, where the visit came from and site performance). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our form from spam and bots, processes technical signals from your browser and device to check that a person is sending the form.
  • Country of your connection: the Site checks which country you are connecting from (as determined by Cloudflare) only to show you a link to our website for Colombia when relevant. We do not store this information.
  • When you submit the form, we keep the country and IP address of the connection together with your message, to prevent abuse.
  • Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, sending the form), your IP address, browser and device, and cookie identifiers. Meta may connect this information with your Facebook or Instagram account. See section 5.

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, sensitive information (such as financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information or passwords) through the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Answer your questions and send you the proposal you request.
  • Contact you by the method you choose.
  • Provide, manage and support the services you hire.
  • Keep the Site working, secure and free of spam and abuse.
  • Understand how the Site is used, in aggregate, and improve it.
  • Measure the results of our ads and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited the Site (advertising based on your visit).
  • Send you information about our services, only if you have asked for it or are already our customer. You can opt out at any time (see section 8).
  • Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and protect our rights.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Site and our business:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security, form protection (Turnstile), storage of form submissions, email delivery and visit statistics.
  • Zoho Mail: our email.
  • OpenAI: generates the answers of the AI assistant.

We also use the Meta Pixel for advertising. Through it, Meta receives information about your visit to the Site (see section 2). Under some state privacy laws, such as California’s, this may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out at any time (see section 8). We do not send Meta the information you type in our form or chat (such as your name, email or phone number).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Third-party tracking and “Do Not Track”

The Meta Pixel allows Meta to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, and to use it, together with other information Meta has, to show you ads. Meta’s use of this information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track: there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, so the Site does not respond to them. Global Privacy Control: we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, the Site does not load the Meta Pixel, and we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising.

6. AI assistant

If the Site offers an AI chat assistant, it answers questions about CLAXXI and our services using information we prepare. The assistant can make mistakes and does not replace our team. Please do not type sensitive information or information about children or families into the chat.

Conversations are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, and they are not used to train AI models or for advertising. Full details are in our AI Assistant Policy.

7. How long we keep information

  • Form submissions: kept in the Site’s receiving system for 180 days and then deleted automatically. The copy that reaches our email is kept as long as needed to follow up on your request or provide our services.
  • AI assistant conversations: 90 days.
  • Customer information: for as long as you are our customer and afterwards as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records) or to resolve disputes.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Marketing emails: every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also write to info@claxxi.com.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it.
  • Opt out of advertising based on your visit: you can do any of the following:
    • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (some browsers include it, and extensions are available). The Site will then not load the Meta Pixel.
    • Write to info@claxxi.com with the subject “Opt out.”
    • Change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
    • Block third-party cookies in your browser.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as knowing what we collect, deleting or correcting it, and opting out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We will honor these requests from any visitor, wherever they live.

To make a request, write to info@claxxi.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us how we contacted you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults, such as owners, directors and staff of childcare centers and schools. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at info@claxxi.com and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a static website with no database or administration panel exposed to the Internet, protection against attacks and spam, and credentials kept out of the Site’s code. No system connected to the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

11. International transfers

CLAXXI is based in Colombia, and our service providers may process information in the United States, Colombia and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live, with appropriate safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, the tools we use or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Site.

13. Contact us
