Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a similar way. They let a website remember information between pages or visits.

2. Our approach

We keep the Site simple. Most of what it uses is strictly necessary or does not use cookies at all. The only advertising technology is the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure our ads and show them on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited the Site. You can turn it off (see section 4).

3. What the Site uses

Technology Provider What it does How long
Form protection (Turnstile) Cloudflare Checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the contact form. Strictly necessary for security. Only while the check runs
Security and performance Cloudflare Protects the Site from attacks and delivers it quickly. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Short term
Visit statistics (Web Analytics) Cloudflare Counts visits in aggregate. Does not use cookies and does not identify you. Not stored on your device
Advertising (Meta Pixel) Meta Platforms Records your visit and the actions you take on the Site (for example, sending the form) to measure our ads and show them to people who visited the Site. Meta may also use it, together with other information it has about you, to show you ads. Sets cookies such as _fbp. Not loaded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Up to 90 days (_fbp); Meta may keep its own cookies longer
Colombia notice CLAXXI Remembers (in local storage) that you closed the notice suggesting our website for Colombia, so it doesn’t appear again for a few days. 1 to 3 days
AI assistant CLAXXI If the Site offers the AI assistant, keeps the conversation in your browser (session storage) while the tab is open, so you can continue it on other pages. It is deleted when you close the tab. Until you close the tab

4. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies and stored data in your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • Delete existing cookies and site data.
  • Block all cookies or only third-party cookies.
  • Get a notice before a cookie is stored.

If you block strictly necessary technologies, some features of the Site, such as the contact form, may not work.

To turn off the Meta Pixel:

  • Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or with an extension. The Site will not load the Meta Pixel.
  • Block third-party cookies in your browser.
  • Change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
  • Write to info@claxxi.com with the subject “Opt out.”

More information is in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add new tools to the Site, we will update this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
